Greg Palast, joined by ACLU of Kansas, launches nationwide legal attack on Trump’s claim that millions of people have voted twice illegally.
Palast is the Rolling Stone journalist who broke the original story that thousands of voters in 29 states lost their right to vote because of Trump’s phony double voter claim.
Palast is the only US journalist with the names of more than 1,000,000 of the accused voters – obtained in a years long investigation for Al Jazeera and Rolling Stone, an investigation which won ...more

Kris Kobach claims that MILLIONS of aliens voted in the last election. To stop the Alien Invasion, Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State, wrote and passed a law in the state requiring proof of citizenship to vote. The effect: to knock out one in seven new voters — 22,000 so far — not because they come from another planet or nation, but because they don’t have a passport or original birth certificate to prove they’re citizens.
The lawsuit against Kobach was brought by the ACLU on behalf of the League of Women Voters and five Kansans — including two Air Force vets — who were denied the right to vote because …more
Last night (Monday, October 9), we have learned that the DeAndre Harris story has taken a twist that would, in a different era, be surprising. With several of DeAndre’s attackers still on the run — and police showing no interest in going after them — DeAndre just had an arrest warrant issued in his name. According to a media release issued by the Charlottesville Police Department, the warrant was for “Unlawful Wounding” (Va Code 18.2-51).
That’s right, the young man who you can see here being beaten to an inch of his life by half a dozen white supremacists will be …more
I know, I know. You’ve decided that Donald Trump is some bloviating bottle-blond bigot whose fans all have beer bellies bigger than a Volkswagen Beetle and barf up racist spume in place of considered political discourse.
OK, we’ve got photographic evidence to back you up.
But if that’s as far as your analysis takes you, then think about this: I was in Dayton, Ohio, where laid-off auto workers couldn’t decide between Trump and Bernie Sanders.
They aren’t “angry,” as snooty NPR pundits tell us. And how would these pontificating putzes know about working people? They wouldn’t be caught actually talking to a Trump/Sanders supporter. The Trumpen proletariat aren’t “angry,” they’re like every other voter: they’re voting in the interest of their families’ futures.
Listen to The Best Democracy Money Can Buy podcast with Greg Palast and Flashpoints’ Dennis Bernstein. This week they expose Donald Trump’s go-to operative who would steal your vote — by accusing you of not being an American. The Vote Rustler of the Week: Kris Kobach, Trump’s man behind SB 1070, the “Driving While Brown” law.
Dennis Bernstein:Welcome to our weekly Election Protection Bulletin with best-selling author Greg Palast. Let’s start in Topeka, Kansas with its Secretary of State Kris Kobach. He’s definitely going head to head with the ACLU there.
Greg Palast: Kris Kobach is the most influential Republican Secretary of State in America – the Katherine Harris of 2016.
He’s one of the very first governmental Republican supporters of Donald Trump. Anne Coulter has said Trump should pick him as his running mate. This guy is an important cat.
What’s he up to? He’s “saving” America from an invasion of aliens – not from outer space, but from other nations, wading the Rio Grande to vote in American elections. He claims there is a mass incursion of illegal aliens coming to the US to vote for Hillary. Reporter Greg Palast confront Trump ally Kris Kobach, Secretary of State of Kansas from the video by Zach D. Roberts
The federal government, despite a massive and costly hunt, has found almost no non-citizen has voted. (Florida’s campaign to stop alien voters netted a single conviction—an …more
Oops! Wisconsin Congressman Glenn Grothman (R-Campbellsport) gave away the nasty little weapon that Republicans plan to use in November. In an interview with WTMJ-TV at the Ted Cruz victory rally Tuesday night, he explained how Republicans can win the Blue state even if the voters prefer the Democrat.
“I think Hillary Clinton is about the weakest candidate perhaps they’ve ever put up and now we have photo ID and I think that photo ID is going to make a bit of a difference as well.” …more
Marci just concluded a deal paying off US vulture fund operator Paul Singer, a $2.5 billion pay-out which the Argentine government described as “extortion.”
The story of Argentina versus Singer, aka The Vulture, looms hugely over the US Presidential election. As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton attempted to prevent Singer from collecting this “extortion” pay-off from Argentina. Singer, the top donor to the Republican Party, is fuming.

Fear is the sales pitch for many products: from war on the Euphrates to billion-dollar submarines. Better than toothpaste that makes your teeth whiter than white, this stuff will make us safer than safe. It’s political junk food, the cheap filling in the flashy tube.
True security for life’s dangers—from a real national health insurance program to protecting teachers’ jobs, would take a slice of the profits of the owning classes, the Lockheeds, the JP Morgans. The War on Terror has become class war by other means.
And who will get us next? Don’t assume they’ll be clutching Korans. Until September 11, 2001, the deadliest terror attack in American history was carried out by …more
