Catch Greg Palast live at screenings of his new documentary, Vigilantes Inc.: America’s New Vote Suppression Hitmen, in Atlanta, GA (Oct 25), Madison, WI (Oct 17) and Chicago (Oct 21) at Rainbow PUSH Headquarters. He’ll be doing Q&As in-person after the film at both events.
The Madison screening is at the elegant Barrymore Theatre on Thursday, October 17 at 7:00 PM. The event is presented by The Progressive Magazine. Legendary Progressive publisher Norman Stockwell will serve as your emcee for the evening, and the Q&A with Palast will be hosted by Aldous Tyler of the popular weekly Madison radio program TMI with Aldous. The evening will be introduced by journalist and author John Nichols of the Capital Times, The Nation, and The Progressive. Tickets are just $6 and you can order them via the Barrymore Theatre website.
The Georgia event is at the beautiful Norcross Cultural Arts & Community Center, just outside Atlanta, on October 25 at 9:00 PM. We’re thrilled that Vigilantes Inc. has been selected for this year’s Urban Mediamakers Film Festival and this screening is part of the 23rd annual event. I’ll be attending, and will be joined by some very special guests for a panel discussion after the film. The event is FREE and you can reserve tickets via Eventbrite.

And, after the success of their first screening, on Wednesday, October 9 at 5:00 PM PT the 650,000-member Progressive Democrats of America will host an encore free online showing — featuring a virtual Q&A with Palast after the film. The event is FREE — reserve your spot NOW!
In addition, on Saturday, October 12 at 4:00 PM, the pastor of Mount Sinai African Methodist Episcopal Church in Pittsboro, NC will host a viewing before early voting begins in North Carolina as a voter registration tool of encouragement. All are welcome.
Over in Europe, we’re thrilled that Vigilantes Inc. has been selected to open the Press Play Prague film festival, which highlights the critical role of journalism in today’s society. On Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12 our director, David Ambrose, will present the film , which is one of six in the feature documentary category.
Want to host a screening near you? Tell us where and when and we will send you a download link, a Blu-Ray or DVD — even a “DCP” for commercial theaters. And, depending on the size of the audience, Greg Palast can drop in, virtually or in-person. We have DVDs for fundraising, posters and everything you need to Help Us Warn America and Save Your Vote. And DO give us the details of your screening and we’ll post them on our Grassroots screenings section.
And remember, you can stream Vigilantes Inc. for no charge at WatchVigilantesInc.com.
