Two years ago Warnock won his Senate runoff only because he got three-quarters of a million mail-in votes — winning the mail-in vote by more than 2-to-1.

So, within weeks of his victory, the Republicans in the Georgia legislature changed the law making it all but illegal to vote by mail in a runoff election. Part of the game was to shut 77% of the mail-in dropboxes in Atlanta. That’s why you see long lines of Black voters, because they can’t mail or drop off their mail-in ballots.
