GENEVA — Apparently, one meltdown isn't enough for the World Trade Organization. They meet today in Geneva on the tenth anniversary of the "Battle in Seattle," when tens of thousands of people from around the world protested the organization's practices.

It is clear the battle lines have been drawn between the upper 1% plutocracy and the bottom 95% as well as the rest of the world.
The only question is, when will the bottom 95% and the rest of the world show up for the battle?

I AM NOT BANKING AT ANY OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANKS. I REFUSE TO VOTE FOR A GLOBALIST (FASCIST).
IT'S ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MONEY. DEMOCRACY AND LAWLESSNESS CAN NOT EXIST TOGETHER. IN THE END BOTH ARE DESTROYED LIKE WWII.
I'd like to see Greg do a piece on how we've never voted for a president as long as we've lived. As I understand it, the electoral system precludes the true will of the populous in the vote. IMHO, Presidential elections are a scam, wherein HUGE amounts of money are fleeced from the citizens who support useless campaigns [since we don't vote for president but for an electorate, hand picked by the parties, although you'd NEVER know it looking at a ballot] and transferred into the coffers of the already filthy rich, including, but not limited to the corporations via tv, radio time, etc...it also achieves a sense of responsibility in us, how many times have you heard the words, "well, we elected him"? pfff...no we did not. Finally, along with all that, the vote serves as a pretty accurate [albeit covert] political census. The powers that be have a pretty good idea which areas contain citizens that are a potentially troublesome lot,just from the votes in each district.
I'd love to find out that I am misunderstanding something, that the popular vote does have some bearing on the outcome, but I won't hold my breath hoping. While local voting does serve a purpose, I do not see a purpose [in our favor] in our pretending to vote for president...even if we don't know we are pretending.
How is it that even very intelligent people still think its up to us or ever was? I know of course, its because we weren't taught the truth from the get go.
so I'm a bit of a sourpuss I suppose...but then I feel that I've been lied to since the day I was born and the culmination of those lies are now coming to bear because our ignorance has given the wrong people free reign for long enough for them to begin to see the budding of the fruition of their long desired, long sought after goals.
If I misunderstand, I embrace correction....

We've watched the deck of cards collapse. Let's get a new deck, a new dealer, who doesn't cheat and serves the mass players, the people: rather than the Mighty Power Mongers.
It's just depressing, truly depressing. No matter how much us citizens suffer, they, (the elite) steam roll ahead with their plans to truly suppress us under mountains of debt and insecurity. Remember a frightened and threatened people are easily controlled, so if you fear for your job, therefore you house and families security you're less likely to rock the boat. Meanwhile the mainstream media distract us (intentionally or through ignorance) with meaningless stories about corporate bonuses or leaked document which "show" that climate change is a myth created by the worlds scientists "THEY ARE THE ONES who are trying to deceive you".
Meanwhile behind the scenes they are rebuilding the foundations of sand on which they will reform their global scam, feeding off the poor only to leave us once again holding the bill.
Wow, now I know someone besides myself gets it. Our whole society is a joke. Predominated by organized religions who to the last man jack of them are a gambit to control society along with our fully corrupt usgovt, and most other western govts. "The love of money is the root of all evil." Only truth in the so-called bible.
