No Child Left Behind was the idea of a couple guys down in Texas who were GW Bush's buddies.(Sandy Kress being the main one) If you look at it and follow the money it leads through the biggest school testing company in America(now changed in name) which was NCS-National Computer Systems based in Minnesota. I worked for them for over 15 years and all their "work" was "government" related although they had bought me from another company which had government contracts to maintain graphics equipment mostly for military contractors and various airforces. Who would benefit from testing the crap out of the kids? The largest school testing company. Funny thing happened though we were bought by Pearson Plc. and specifically Pearson Education based out of New Jersey the largest educational publisher in the US. Hmnn, seems like a great fit as they say so they coughed up 2.6 billion in cash which was a stretch for even Pearson Plc and the stockholders couldn't even vote on it. Done deal! Whoops! 911 "happens" and GW Bush shows up and hands us the first contract for the TSA for 103 million. Strange, a school testing company? So the now NCS Pearson of Pearson Plc goes around the country using contractors taking orders over cell phones to hire thousands of newly federalized airport TSA goons. Nine months later they bill the taxpayers not 103 million but 742 million! Hmnn...someone spilled something and Congress and the Justice Dept. hold phony investigations with NCS Pearson, Halliburton and Bechtel hauled into Waxman's committee over the no-bid contracts for the TSA, and Iraq. Nothing happens with Congress and Justice settles for something like a 5.6 million dollar fine from the now sold off Pearson Govt. Solutions in Arlington Va. who it seems got the contract but is now Ventas owned by Veritas Capital who likes to own government businesss like DynCorp etc.(Pearson still holds a minority stake) I know you just don't get handed these huge no-bid government contracts without paying a powerful lobbying firm in DC so it leads to Akin&Gump. Uh oh. This is the law and lobbying firm represented in the movie "Syriana" for real founded by former FBI agents down in Texas in 1945 and probably the most powerful law and lobbying firm in the west.(they attend Bilderburg) Pearson Plc. is a client and pays them along with their other clients like ENRON,(now gone) EXXON, BP, Bechtel, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,(oil, government contracts in iraq etc.) Govt. of Colombia-they "do" Plan Colombia, govt. of India,(nukes for mangoes deal, the Caspian gas)Clear Channel Communications(pays Rush), Choicepoint Corp.(election baloney down in Florida in 2000) etc. and mostly the committee to elect Bush/Cheney 2000. So you're looking up at the top of the food chain here. They had Vernon Jordan telling Bill Clinton what to do and had Robert C. Langdon Jr. as head of Bush's secret intelligence committee. Sandy Kress found work as one of their lobbyists like George P. Bush and our first head of Homeland Security. I could go on but you're looking at the real powers here and then you had 911, the anthrax, and the banksters shooting it out and the survivors looting the world for trillions. Oh well, Lisbon is coming up Oct.2nd and they will coninue their plan but it doesn't look good for a guy who grew up back in the innocent 1950's. Have a nice day.
