The astounding awarding of the presidency by the US Supreme Court to George W. bush marked the takeover in a bloodless coup as the public accepted the decision whiile in shock. It is very clear to me that this happened. The pieces of this puzzle of deception were amazingly evident when the Bush operatives, like followers of a cult leader, descended upon the offices of the Broward Country, Florida Board of Elections during an official recount as prescribed by Florida law, and proceeded to invade that office, intimidate everyone, including media persons present, and essectially derailed that process in an unlawful way. Then they went to work on the Supreme Court. It worked. As a Floridian,, and as a liberal Democrat who has worked for progressive causes all of my life, I was dumbfounded. This could not have been happening. That was the beginning of the end. As Greg Palast and Bobby Kennedy Jr. have shown, the second Bush presidency was the result of Rove operatives working the game and stealing the US election once again. I cannot believe that this has happened in a country I love. I served honorably in the US military. I am a father and a grandfather, and for me to see the right wing fanatics again applying the Rove machine to steal the upcoming election, I become literally ill. We MUST NOT let this happen for a third time. I have recently cried thinking that a right wing fascist government would control the country my two grandchildren would know as their fatherland.
