The U.S. Post Office is really bad about accidently returning peoples mail. I am sure that nearly everyone has had it happen. I am also very bothered by any attempt to challange people right to vote. If ther is an organized effort to do voter fraud their are other places to deal with it. If it is only individuals I am sure any activity outside of regulations balances between the parties.
