How about federal courts in New Mexico not letting persons losing over 1/2 million dollars (from fraud, conspiracy and racketeering)bring suit for their loses against individuals and governmental entities that actively participated. See Civ 09-477 (Nelson et al. v. US, et al), filed last month (June 2007). Because the Plaintiffs are 6 disabled, elderly and indigent people, who cannot afford legal counsel, the Court refuses to entertain their civil rights (42 U.S.C. 1983 and 1985) and racketeering (18 U.S.C. 1961) claims, telling them they do not have jurisdiction after a New Mexico man and his Alaska tenants had their rights to Alaska real property taken without ANY due process of the law, and this was after an Alaskan Plaintiff had his rights to California real property ($300,000+) taken without any due process. This same thing happened in California and Alaska, and this case involves way over 30 different cases where the courts deliberately prejudiced these Plaintiffs' cases. If you would like form information, pull up the case on PACER and read the pleadings - it is really scary how slipshod and dishonest our judiciary has become (both state and federal courts), depriving many, many disabled, elderly, indigent and out-of-state litigants of their Constitutionally-protected rights to privacy, property, equal access, equal treatment, equal protection, and even just law enforcement. Local law enforcement authorities in Calfornia and Alaska have told these Plaintiffs that assualt, fraud, conspiracy, theft, breaking, entering, vandalism, stalking, harassment, car theft, trespass, dog poisonings and other crimes are now considered "civil" issues they refuse to even take reports of! We are outraged - read our complaint and supporting declarations; we have lost additional monies with law enforcements refusal to look into the fraud, conspiracy and racketeering that caused all of our damages totalling over 1/2 million dollars to date! Call me, if you wish, at 575-418-7222 for a personal interview regarding this Nelson, et al v. U.S., et al case. Dianne Nelson, Justice Watch 09 (New Mexico organization)
